Wait. Waaiiiittt!

Today I am waiting for a phone call. It could change things a bit, most likely for the better, or things could stay exactly the same. Patience is not one of my virtues, I like things quick and I like to know whats going to happen. Shadow the Dog likes to run up the street at any dog, person or squirrel she sees. We are both still learning to wait.
P.S. Isn't the way Shadow the Dog sits on the stairs funny?

i love your dog, it must be thinking deeply.

I understand that feeling. I too hate surprises. I get anxious to find out what's gonna happen. I totally get stressed out. :)

Maddie does the same thing on the stairs!!! It doesn't look that comfortable or particularly balanced.

Sooooo, what are you waiting for?? Something with the j-o-b? Something to do with Hef's Dad??? Oh please do tell!!!

Patience is a virtual that has been far over-rated. Perhaps you should call. It shows initiative.

Just a suggestion ...

Waiting for the phone to ring can be very annoying -- it seems to last for an eternity.

Shadow looks excited--too excited to keep all 4 paws together--maybe it is easier to launch from that position?

Waiting...waiting...waiting...SUCKS!
Shadow is cute though. :)

Ha ha. Our Dixie sits like that when she'll be still long enough. The cats do it, too.

It's so hard to be patient, I can commiserate. You might try BL's suggestion.

I could just go ahead and make a call - offer a cat!

I would offer my takes on expectations, but BL would just wade in and then there we'ld be - fighting over public internet again.

Shadow is primed, loaded, aimed, and set to go - just as soon as the mailman turns the corner!

(hope the call came and was OK!)
