Once Again, Beef Broccoli

This time with the beef broccoli we served up a nice chilled bottle of Sake! Ok, I know beef broccoli is "chinese" and sake is Japanese. It's what we had and I don't knw anything about chinese alcohol. I'll look into it for next time.
This time I added zucchini from the garden and some carrots. This is my big calphalon high side ten inch skillet. I mostly bought this skillet for this dish and it was still overflowing with vegetables!

In the end still delicious! I think Beef Broccoli has become one of my go to meals, like some people and meatloaf I guess. Hef's dad doesn't really like meatloaf so thats ok. Having made it 3 or 4 times now it's becoming easier and easier for me to make! Lovely!

All those veggies in there look so yummy. How did you like the Sake?

Looks great! I know you're a culinary artist, but in my humble opinion, your drinks don't have to match your dish 100%. As long as it tastes good together, that's all that matters.

Maddie DOES look a little like Shadow! With longer hair and maybe a bit shorter. Also, she has a grey butt. The only grey part of her is the entire backs of her legs! We laugh at her.

Yum! And your version looks so healthy with more veggies than meat :)

It's beautiful! Did you already share the recipe and I missed it? If not ... would you share the recipe? Saki goes with everything, so long as you also serve fortune cookies!
