Fondue Fun
Its almost winter, ugh! Last Friday Hef's dad built a cozy fire and I made yummy fondue! Here's the link: http://www.food.com/recipe/beer-cheese-fondue-16286 I used montery jack and sharp cheddar, along with Arrogant Bastard Pale Ale. Our fondue candle is on its way out so I had to heat it back up a few times and whisk it back together.

Ooh, fondue is all kinds of fun! We used to have a fondue set, but I think hubby may have gone and thrown it out (he's bad like that).

And then there was the chocolate fondue, right?
Fondue - heh heh - many years ago we fondued and there was this bottle of Kirshwasser and who ever dropped something into the fondue had to drink a shot of the Kirsh and oh boy pretty soon ---- oh to be young again ... er - no.
