The Holiday Season is coming!

Goodness, we have not blogged in forever! First I am really happy to report that Bandit and Shadow have not had one fight with eachother! There are probably a few growls a day but Hef's dad and I have gotten really good at recognizing Bandits triggers. Obviously watching two shepherds has been time consuming! Also we were not sure until recently if we were hosting Thanksgiving dinner or not, but we aren't! Thankgoodness, that is one load off our list! Most likely I will be in a wedding next month as a bridesmaid, now I am trying to balance the dress/shoe expenses with the christmas gift expenses! For some reason we can't uplod pictures today! I think it is the stormy weather affecting our posting! Tomorrow we hope to return to our regular blogging.

YAY for good puppies!! Nice that you don't have to host Thanksgiving, but the wedding thing is not cool. I think it should be illegal to have your wedding within two months before/one month after Christmas. Who can afford it? Not just the dress and shoes, but all the darn gifts for the newlyweds. Good luck.

Don't feel bad about blogging activity. You are busy. I just have a dead laptop and have to get in line to use this one. Other folks in the household each have their own, but never seem to have them conveniently at hand. Then there is the Solitaire addict...

Anyway, glad pups are behaving. It is a lot of work raising them. Also, glad you are off the hook for TGiving dinner, but the wedding thing is kind of the pits--been there with similar scheduling in our family. They expected wedding gift, bridesmaid gear bought, and then Christmas or B'day gift, too, plus having to go to Chicago from Alabama for the five days of festivities. Get real.

Well, by this time next week things should be more sorted out. Turkey Day will be over, Bandit will have seen the trainer, and maybe you can score some pre-/on/post-Black Friday and e-Monday deals that make the wedding and Xmas costs easier to cope with. Good Luck!

Well, take your time getting blogging again but there better be some food pix and recipes - I'm starving!
